KAMLOOPS, BRITISH COLUMBIA — Dawson Group, the family of construction companies that helped shape the face of western and northern Canada, turns 100 years old. The milestone anniversary marks a moment in the public infrastructure history of British Columbia, northern Canada and Alberta.
“Reaching 100 years in our company’s principal industry is an awesome achievement — we’ve accomplished a lot over that time at Dawson Group. The legacy that started with my grandfather, Fred Dawson, and carried forward with my father, Graham, and I, continues to grow and shape the Canadian landscape,” said Ian Dawson, executive chairman of Dawson Group.
